Chapter I: General Provisions

This Chapter has the following structure: Articles 1 to 3 address ‘general concepts’ of broad application: subject matter, scope and definitions. Article 4 sets out the ‘services and tariffs’ addressed in the TAR NC. Article 5 elaborates on the details of ‘cost allocation assess- ments’ that play a role in the periodic consultation.
