Higher values of multipliers, as well as seasonal factors can limit the tariffs level. Any increase of the yearly tariff would have an impact on network users. Low multipliers lead to higher tariffs. Therefore, the burden for those network users who are not able to book non-yearly products due to a flat usage over the year, e. g. industrial custom- ers, would be higher with lower multipliers.
