Chapter VII: Consultation Requirements This Chapter has the following structure: Articles 26 and 27 address ‘periodic consultation’ that takes place at least every five years as from the first NRA decision; Article 28 deals with ‘tariff period consultation’ to take place every tariff period as from the first NRA decision. The TAR IDoc Chapter finishes with a ‘comparison’ be- tween the two consultations.
