3.4 Total potential supply to Europe

The potential supply to Europe is based on the aggrega- tion of the potentials defined in this chapter. As shown in the graph below, the total potentials follow divergent trends. The maximum potential represents a moderate increase (18%), while the minimum potential represents a significant decrease (44%).
