DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The project consists mainly of a number of wells infilling and repowering activities in the existing plants of Cellino (Central Italy) and Collalto (Northern Italy).

EXPECTED BENEFITS

Security of Supply, Market integration, (Increase of competition): The Italian Storage facilities is a market characterized by absence of a different operators, low level of development new storage capacity by the major operator (with the 97% market share). The Italian UGS projects will enhance the level of competition and security of supply at national level.
